Returns
Idawg has a "no return" policy. You can however, exchange your product for a different style or size as you wish provided it is un-worn and in new condition. To exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. Ship the unused item and note to: Idawg Clothing Attn: Returns, 4119 #B SW Morgan Street, Seattle, WA 98136.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your exchange via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated with Idawg.

Please note: We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.

We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Shipping Charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer. If additional charges are needed, we will contact you for your permission to charge your card for the additional shipping charges.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

Idawg is not held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Idawg uses delivery confirmation on all of its shipments to ensure proper delivery. Do your best to ensure proper receipt of your package.

Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please EMAIL Idawg IMMEDIATELY. You have 24 hours to cancel an order. In many cases Idawg orders are processed immediately. In most cases orders can not be cancelled after the order is placed and the customer will need to process a return based on our return policies, conditions and restrictions.

If you would like to request that your order be cancelled, please email us at customerservice@idawgclothing.com, to determine if it is possible to cancel a portion, or all of your order.

In the event your order has been charged and processed but not shipped you may be subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover the credit card fees of the order for the charge and refund.

We try to go out of our way every day to make sure that our clients and their dogs are very happy with us, and enjoy their experience shopping here. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make this a more pleasurable shopping experience for you. Thanks!
